Saffron on our national flag stands for courage and strength of our nation as a whole. It indicates sacrifices of our brave soldiers, war heroes and countrymen who happily gave up their lives for the sake of our unity, integrity and freedom. Today we sleep in peace and to pay homage to them we unfurl the flag on Independence Day. But we shall carry them off in our hearts forever as we wear the " Saffron Chakra" blouse with the same pride and fervour as we did 72 years ago !
