SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

www.suta.in  is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost except COD orders.

 

Shipping Policies :

DOMESTIC- 

  1. Shipping charges anywhere within India is INR 150 irresperctive of the number of Items bought
  2. We do free Shipping when your purchase is above INR 7500 
  3. Orders are dispatched within 3 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order
  4. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days
  5. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail within 2-3 hours
  6. Our prices are all inclusive. GST is included with the listed prices except Octroi/customs, if applicable in your region 

INTERNATIONAL-

  1. Shipping charge is INR 2500 anywhere in the world irrespective of the number of items picked
  2. Any custom taxes/charges has to be borne by the customer (Our I/E code is 0316511935)
  3. Our Delivery partner is DTDC
  4. We don’t have any Transit insurance
  5. Orders are dispatched within 3 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order
  6. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail within 2-3 hours

MUMBAI DELIVERIES - 

- We have express delivery available for our Mumbai Customers. We charge an additional of 29 INR for Express Shipping. You can either opt for COD or Online Payment.
- Express Delivery orders have to be placed before 1 pm . Orders placed after 1 pm would be shipped the next day.
- Express delivery shipments are delivered within 24 hours of you placing your order.
- In case we are unable to deliver your shipment within 24 hours, please ask us about a credit of 29 INR. So, you would be charged as per normal shipping. i.e. 150 INR for online payment and 350 INR in case of COD .

What if I the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 08291579185 or email us at info@suta.in mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
